宁波DIY达人造出个人第3辆汽车 时速能达到80公里 王永生和他的“永生3号”。   宁波余姚低塘街道的街坊乡邻近日多了一项谈资―――王永生“捣鼓”出了他的第三辆汽车。而对王永生本人来说,这辆车有着特别的意义,是一种“毅然决然”的人生选择。“我造第一辆车的时候,是一种兴趣爱好;造第二辆车的时候,是一种坚持,想把这种爱好坚持下去;在偃旗息鼓两年多后第三次造车,是经过深思熟虑后下定决心的,是毅然决然的选择。”王永生说。   王永生今年30岁,湖北人,父亲在余姚开了一个规模不大的工厂,从事超声波塑料焊接方面的业务。2008年,王永生也来到了宁波,在父亲的厂里工作。说起自己造车的缘由,王永生告诉记者,他从小就对机械方面的知识感兴趣,2011年的一天,他看到邻居开着崭新的电动四轮车从门前经过,很是羡慕。“我上前问价格,竟然要3万多元。当时就想,家里有机床、电焊机等设备,还不如自己造呢。而且我爸动手能力、制造技术也很强。”   父亲也很支持王永生的兴趣爱好,父子俩携手上网查资料,去周边市场买配件、钢材、蓄电池……经过一个多月的折腾,花费6000多元,一辆美式越野车外形的电动汽车终于完工了:单排两座椅,迷彩色,重约200千克,最高时速30到40公里,充足电最多能跑100公里。   这辆名为“永生1号”的自制电动汽车在低塘引起轰动,众人围观。但没过几天,令人郁闷的事情发生了,厂里的员工把车子开上了公路,后被交警扣下―――自造的车辆没有牌照、行驶证,也存在安全隐患,自然是不能上路的。   但儿时的兴趣,造车时的兴奋和面对难题的挑战,以及解决问题带来的成就感,已经深深刻在王永生的脑海中。2013年9月,酝酿了一年的“永生2号”开工,有着一次造车经历的王永生,这次当仁不让成为主角,父亲在一旁“敲边鼓”。   为了这次造车,王永生还特意买了一辆废旧的皮卡车拆开来研究其构造。经过一个多月的努力,“永生2号”基本完工:蓄电池动力,仿皮卡车的外形,磨圆了棱角,鲜艳的迷彩色,单排两座,车后挂着备胎。   “当时打算第二年接着再造第三辆的,在2014年、2015年里,也下了无数次的决心,但因为厂里实在太忙,就一直耽搁了下来。”王永生说,“但越是压抑这种想法,这种想法也就越强烈,就像有的人再忙也要留出空闲去远行一样,不是说每个人都要有诗和远方吗,造车对我来说也是这样。这次造车是我下了N次决心,最后毅然决然的选择。”   今年国庆节后王永生开始筹备,发动机、轮胎等一应材料都是网上买的,与前两辆车相比,“永生3号”最大的不同有两处:一是采用了200CC的燃油发动机,而不是蓄电池组,车身更轻,动力更强劲;二是车身更紧凑,操控性能更强。“10月26日,我用厂里的大车拉到场地里去试了一下,时速能达到80公里。”   对于接下来的打算,王永生表示,他会一直造下去。“身边的人以及一些网友说,接下来干脆造飞机吧,这样更能引起关注,但我不这样想。首先是飞机的构造我并不熟悉,目前来说,造飞机离我的目标还太远。”王永生说,“更为关键的是,造车是出于我的兴趣爱好,别人给我点赞我当然开心,但我不是为了吸引别人的关注才去造车的,我享受的是造车的这个过程。”相关的主题文章:
